Procedures for Becoming a Free-Lance Calendar Sales Agent
1.
Free Lance applicant applies to DUC by submitting the following requirements:

2x2 ID Picture

Bio Data or Resume
c.
1 pc of Proof of Billing

DUC reviews
application. DUC has the right to accept
or not to accept applications.

Once applications have been approved, DUC informs applicant and sets for an orientation.

goes to the orientation. The Orientation

After orientation, applicant is given the following:

Free-Lance Agent Contract
b.
Authorization Letter to Sell on behalf of DUC

Price Lists

Samples

Pro-Forma Sales Contract
